Returns & Exchanges
At Lustre Line, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it better. Please review our policy for returns, exchanges, and cancellations below.
Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Includes original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Complimentary items (quote card and butterfly sticker) need not be returned
How to return an item:
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at hello@thelustreline.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack Your Item: Securely repack the jewelry with all original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method of your choice. (We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time.)
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different design, size, or color, we’re happy to help.
To initiate an exchange:
- Email us at hello@thelustreline.com with your request
- Return the original item as outlined above
- Once received, we’ll ship out your new selection promptly
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Used or worn jewelry
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Gift cards
- Complimentary gifts (quote card, butterfly sticker)
