We offer a free replacement for:
- Color fading under normal wear conditions
That’s it — no fine print, just fair care.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to:
- Accidental damage (e.g., dropped, pulled, bent)
- Improper storage (e.g., contact with perfumes, water, chemicals)
- Normal wear and tear
🔄 How to Claim
To claim your warranty, email us at hello@thelustreline.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product issue
- A short note on when and how the issue occurred
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the original item is no longer available, you may choose another product of equal or lesser value from our website.
